I hated this dessert at school 😂 I always found it tooth achingly sweet. Chocolate crunch and pink custard was always my favourite

we had a dinner lady used to make her own recipie 'spinning wheels', from memory it was plain shortbread layered with chocolate shortbread rolled up then cut into chunky slices, baked off then Obviously layered with Pink custard yum
