No advice just encouragement. I have two very close family members that have had Bell’s palsy and while it was a miserable experience they recovered completely. You’re beautiful!!!

I had Bell’s palsy 10 years ago, it was awful in the sense you don’t feel like yourself. Please don’t take this as medical advice💜but, my doctor sent me to physio and they put things on my face to stimulate the nerves to help my face go back to normal sooner.

Sarah-Jane, I've had bells palsy- twice! It's an awful feeling loosing the ability to smile was the hardest part. My son was very confused, but lucky, I recovered for the most part both times! :) hang in there, you are still gorgeous inside and out😍

I developed bells palsey immediately after the birth of my son. It was an emergency C-section and he went to the NICU. It took a month for my symptoms to subside, it became a funny thing eventually but it was scary at the beginning. I hope you heal fast :)
