I love this stuff but using rubbing alcohol and letting it dry works for it to stick better

We’ve used this for years and love it! Have had no issues with water getting through. We also used it on our stairs and we painted half of it to match the stairs.

Had some of that in my spare bath in my apartment but they didnt take the time to fold it in half so it's acting crazy 😭. I wish I could apply it like you did cos it looks so nice like that...

Thank you! My apartment was "upgraded" in February and the caulk is already coming off. Did you do any prep? Because I'm that person, I'll clean the area and scrape any loose caulk.

this stuff is terrible. I used it around the tub/walls. within a few months there was all mold and mildew underneath it so I ripped it out.
