I went to iTunes and restored mine back to iOS 18 download iOS 18 to a file and then restore it with the back up!!

The fact that they don’t let us go back on updates is criminal. My phone has been stuttering and lagging since I updated to iOS 26 and my phone is only 1 generation old. 😭
