@socalbreathefree: PSA from an ENT: Migraines aren’t always a “drink more water” problem Hydration helps, but many people with “migraines” also have nasal issues—allergy inflammation, a deviated septum, or chronic sinusitis—that keep the system irritated. Treating the nose (saline, intranasal meds, allergy care, or procedures when appropriate) can change the headache story. If your headaches come with congestion/pressure or weather swings, comment “MIGRAINE” or DM us—let’s figure out if your nose is part of it. 📸: @Aliza Media #SoCalBreatheFree #ENT #LosAngelesENT #Migraine #SinusHeadache

My migraine ended up being undxed hydrocephalus. 😂 Water wasn't helping, but I was told I needed to drink more.

I’ve seen 4 ENT specialists and they’ve all sent me back to the neurologist, who says it’s ENT related. It’s a never ending cycle.

Wait! I need to look into this. Odd question but can you do something to lesson the smells of things? I get triggered by smoke, strong smells etc. I want to do something where I can’t smell ranch from 2 miles away!

This made me cry. Thank you. After four ent’s and almost un aliving myself I found one who would help me. I had a bone spur pressing on a nerve causing such extreme and prolonged pain it started to affect my heart. 6 months of pure hell. Such a simple procedure saved my life. Literally. Thank you for putting this out there!

An ENT once told me a blocked nose can’t cause daily migraines. I ended up having nasal surgery and guess what, the headaches went away!

ENTs are honestly the biggest scammers in the medical industry. They'll tell you anything to try and sell you a surgery.

My migraines are from florescent lighting. I've had a pair of sunglasses for the past three years that have helped with it (which at first I thought was a total gimmick, but I was so desperate to find something to help prevent them). In the past three years I have only had two migraines.
