I would pre cook the cabbage and meat separately, then stuff the cabbage with everything and finish it in the oven for 20-30 min 🥰

This is a great recipe to try, and to be honest I will make some adjustments to cook time "more like 30 to 40 minutes" because cabbage doesn't take long to cook and with the olive oil, butter & bacon grease it will soften up perfectly. As for the temperature I think 350° to 375° might work and while it's baking in the oven I would season and saute my shrimp to add after the cabbage finishes baking but this is just me.

Chop it all saute it in a skillet and throw the shrimp on last. This is just smothered cabbage, reconstructed.
