Now you all know how men feel when we get a cold! Joking. My wife is going through this and has been for 5 years so far. I feel bad for you all. I installed smart thermostats so she can control the heat and cold as her needs change. I also put in a huge ceiling fan with a remote to help her cool down in the middle of the night. Look into ice vests. Keep dish towels in the freezer rolled up. When you start getting a heat flash, immediately wrap it wound your neck. It helps to send signals to your brain to cool down.
