I got a 20 pound vest and do about a 30 minute walk on the treadmill. I feel light as a feather once i take it off 🤣

I just ordered one I got it today. Got the 16 lbs thinking my fitness level is intermediate. I wore it while I was meal prepping today a ver como me va on my walks…. Should prob have gotten a lighter one
