Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture (1–2 seconds per side — don’t soak, or they’ll fall apart). 7.In a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) dish (or similar), layer half of the dipped ladyfingers. 8. Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture on top. 9. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then the rest of the cream. 10.
