As with anything, it’s about dosage. Can you give more information on casual use va extreme use? I mean, the packaging says not to use it for extended periods of time - even when not pregnant. And they’re not saying popping a Panadol or two is the problem, they’re saying the dosage and the extended use when pregnant is. The warning labels on paracetamol talk about affecting liver function. Lots of things are contraindicated while pregnant. Coffee, sliced deli meat, raw eggs, some essential oils.. I had to learn acupressure techniques to solve my sinus issues while pregnant.
