The pacing and thinking about arrest I don’t see a problem with but the banter and flipping a coin on whether to arrest someone who may lose their job, as well as everything else is a huge issue. They’re supposed to conduct themselves in a maner that serves the public not destroys peoples lives. To flip a coin to make a decision means you already know it wasn’t serious enough to do that with.

whats so crazy? lawful stop and her want to charge for reckless is fair, thats 128km in a 70km zone. where i live 30 over is stunting and includes a hefty fine, impounded vehicle and a suspended license.
