@emijuju: biscoff pumpkin bread 2 cups (240g) ap flour 1/2 tsp (3g) salt 1 tsp(5g) baking soda 1/2 tsp (2g) baking powder 2 tsp (4g) pumpkin pie spice 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, soft 1/2 cup (120g) biscoff cookie butter 1/2 cup (100g) sugar 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar 2 eggs 1 (15 oz ) can 100% pure pumpkin (i used libby’s) 1 tsp (4g) vanilla *cream together the butter and sugar, then mix in the cookie butter. add in eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree. mix until smooth. in another bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin spice. add the dry to the wet and fold gently to combine. pour into a 9x5 baking pan and sprinkle on biscoff topping. bake at 350 for 60-70 min or until a toothpick comes out clean. topping: 1/2 cup (50g) crushed biscoff cookies 2 tbsp (25g)brown sugar 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melt 2 tbsp (15g) flour *mix the cookies, brown sugar, and flour. then pour in the melted butter and mix #biscoff #pumpkin #pumpkinbread #baking #Recipe
