I love tinkercad and I don’t do a lot of organic models so it’s great for functional basic designs. You can do so much with it if you get creative with the tools it has!

I like that you’re going off the software, but you need to ask them how they actually see making an object. It makes a difference which program would work best for them.

the thing about tinkercad it that it is web based, so not a program and I prefer the actual software

I design mostly on my iPad. I start the models in shapr3d because sketching is easier and finish them in tinkercad because is quick and simple
