the problem is people who have no issues and decide not to eat gluten. make it seem like not eating gluten is a choice. glad you explained it to people.

Actually gluten allergy was a trend. A few years ago I had woman tell me she allergic to gluten then asked for malt vinegar for her salad. I explained it had gluten, she explained she could have the gluten in the vinegar, it was different. I simply turned around and walked away. I’m a chef, btw.

It’s in everything. Even some hair products. Hair spray, grains in gels. I concentrate on the things I can eat. I bread meat in ground jalapeño Cheetos!

I've tried some gluten free foods and they really aren't that bad. You just have way fewer choices which has to be hard.

My mom was diagnosed age 2 - born 1949. Told she wouldn’t have children here I am and two siblings. She didn’t hit puberty until 19 . She turned into the most beautiful person ( inside and out) in our neighborhood- stay strong ❤
