I’m a realtor and once a year I call all of my former clients to remind them to get their home inspected!! You never know what’s wrong until it’s too late. Consider it like a Dr checkup for your house!

As someone currently living in a hotel due to our house fire a month ago, be aware of your bathroom fan!! We were unaware it should be checked for blockages and it turned into an electrical fire. Better safe than sorry, friends ❤️🩹
