Updated to the iOS 26.1 yesterday without backing up and I have th iPhone 16 pro 100% battery and battery is not that bad. Right after updating the battery’s draining like flash but now it’s back to normal sssss sooo…… idk am I fine or not idk

Strange because of when I upgraded to 26 phone was getting hot and laggy used iOS 26 for a month still was laggy and battery hungry. Then I found I can downgrade to 18.6.2 did just that now my phone works alright no lagging no battery drain
