He’s right he doesn’t have to say a thing. on the other hand. She has the right to detain him based on border control laws. He then goes to jail and compose bond or wait until the judge takes on the case at which point he’ll still have to show his information. Just a moment does not cover identifying yourself amendment had to deal with giving testimony that may incriminate you.
