@bcams24: On July 6, 2024, Rio Rancho Police Officer Roskos was on routine patrol when he approached an intersection and noticed that all of the traffic lights were flashing red. Upon further examination, he realized that one of the traffic poles had been knocked over and there were BMW car parts scattered around the intersection. 15 minutes later, he found the disabled BMW, which was occupied by two women. The woman behind the wheel explained that she had been called to drive the crashed BMW back to the owner's house. She stated that the 22-year-old woman sitting in the passenger seat crashed the vehicle and appeared drunk.
