arrested two people over a complaint with 0 evidence of the accusations. The guy obviously didn't understand English very well, yet the cop decided to arrest him while be very aggressive. the arrest of the woman was extremely egregious as she was obviously trying to comply. All she did was ask why they were threatening to arrest her. male cops needs some serious de-escalation training and probably some anger management.
