I have one and a 30 lb savannah that loves it. it loosens a little when he scratches it but I just press it on again. my savannahs destroy nearly every scratcher and cat tree they encounter. I've had to remove the carpet and sisal from all of them. I've placed these around the house and had pretty good luck with them
