He calls him out for stealing and is upset, thats a valid response, the dude was upset he was caught and was showing a sense of bullying and possibly wanted to assault the old man for calling him on some bs. Whats important here is the guy was willing to escalate the situation into something violent because he was caught stealing something as little as a pop. The old man's life is worth less than that because he got called out. Yall talking like minding your own buisness and saying its jist a pop etc, bro its the fact that the dude stealing was willing to step it up even further... NORMAL people do not do that, normal people are ashamed if they get caught stealing or remorseful etc.
