Before having children my health was not a priority. After having kids I went through post partum depression and was struggling to be in control of my own emotions. Through much self work, self accountability, self acceptance, and self awareness… I have been able to completely turn my thoughts, habits, and actions around. Self work is so important. And you are so deserving of self love! My Kids are my WHY. They are the reason I craved becoming the healthiest version of myself. Mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. They deserve the world, the only way I can give them that is by working on myself day in and day out! Any mothers or women reading this, know that life around us is out of our control.
