@kylietfit: when I stopped fearing weight gain I started to pay more attention to all of the things I was gaining instead.. moving my body because I enjoy it, not because I have too. being able to go to social events and not having anxiety around the food being served. MORE ENERGY. to enjoy time with loved ones, friends, experiences.. LIFE. confidence. discipline. motivation. lots of it. all I remember from the days I was trying to shrink myself was how MISERABLE I was. I hated my body, the way my brain thought, the way I carried myself as a woman. I gained weight but I gained the version of myself back that I once lost- the vibrant, happy, spontaneous outgoing me. Heck yeah, you go girl! I used to be very thin too and gaining weight and seeing my body change even though i was becoming healthier, seeing the change was scary and messed with my head.. it still does sometimes , but slow and steady wins the race babe 🫶🏼 we got it
