my german bf's friends visited Finland and read somewhere that to have healthiest sauna u should sit there 10mins, then out 10 mins, drink coffee/tea and go back for another 10 mins and so they did. My Finnish soul died that day 🥲

You can talk in the sauna, but no singing and absolutely no whistling 👀 I still stop myself whenever I catch myself humming in the sauna, like you can never tell what the saunatonttu will find unacceptable 👀
