It could just be the lighting, but that filet looks well done (at least to me). If you don’t like your food chewy, well done isn’t the best cook for your steak. If you get around medium or medium rare, it would be much less chewy (though from my experience, Le Cellier steak tends to be chewy regardless of cook). Like I said, it might not be well done and it could just be the lighting, but if you want to try steak and limit its chewiness, try a lower cook ( if you haven’t done so already)

have you tried Korean bbq? it might be how you end up enjoying steak, the bulgogi meat often has a different texture then regular steak if well marinated!

Their cheese board is the real sleeper agent. And I always get the fillet with au pouve sauce the mashed potatoes, but I love steak and am very judgy of my friends’ orders when we go.
