omg I know someone who did this. I was so disappointed. I found out though because someone reported him and he was fined 1000 dollars🤣 lesson learned for him

Happens all the time on the roads near my parent’s farm. Riff raff in pickup trucks chucking their fast food garbage out the window is most prevalent.
