Totally agree 💕 For beginners I’d just keep it a bit simpler:
-more compound moves, less isolation.
-Also 8 total sets for shoulders can be a lot when you’re new.
-2–3 sets is usually enough: 2x15 or 3x10–12.
Machines can be a great starting point too for support + learning form, then dumbbells later 😊
