And God forbid conservice get the rental charges correctly or figure out how to handle a renewal. I swear, I love con service, but I hate the con service billing. Just send them a utility bill, they don’t need to see all their rent and fees from some third-party company. That’s what their rental portal is for.

Do you guys have the weird issue when they go to renew or decide to put their notice to vacate in that con Service will double their rent and freak the resident out it’s a nightmare for us- they call each month freaking out😭😭😭

CONservice is in the business of extracting as much money for their clients as possible. Legally and sometimes, it seems based on the multiple class actions against them possibly illegally as well
