this movie is actually devastating. she just wanted her baby. i think the ending made sense. lily would’ve never grown up to live a normal life. she was raised by mama since she was a baby after mama saved them from being killed by their father. victoria was old enough to recover lily would’ve never. that life was all she knew. mama was lily’s mom and it made sense for her to go with mama in the end. it was obviously what lily wanted to do. she didn’t know any better she just wanted her mama and now they’re both in peace together it’s a beautiful ending really. and even if mama didn’t take lily they both would’ve never stopped trying to be with each other.
