you use the spare tire air to remove the flat tire, the you use a little air out of the other 3 tires to reflate the spare and get the spare on. it'll work if youre in a bind

No where near enough air pressure in a tire to take those off. Normal atleast 40 psi

the only way I can see this being a solution is if you drive around with 1 of these in your car and you use 1 of them air pumps that you plug into the cars old lighter hole to pump up the tyre you used.

You can take all of them off, just have to make sure your tires are filled to 100%. No matter what the tpms says, those things are always wrong.
