I had one seller watch me through security cameras I know this because security camera was panning as my agent and I were walking through the house. Totally turned me off…

I've had a few sellers "walk" us through the house, pointing things out, talking about why they did or didn't update things, etc. Totally turned me to offer when I, otherwise, might have.

Looked at a house once and the seller told the realtor they didn’t want people walking into a room unless the realtor was also in the room. The realtor said we had to stay together and even if I just looked into a room she was like “wait you can’t go in!”. I felt instantly uncomfortable and didn’t even care to look anymore.

That also applies to realtors, they also shoukd allow their clients to freely roam around and not always be right behind them on the tour.

We had a seller pretend he was a contractor to come and check on something and proceeded to walk around us the whole time within earshot. We left shortly after, it freaked us out.
