when you travel with a child, they are supposed to put you in priority queue and let you onto the airplane FIRST amongst businessmen/first class/elderly/pregnant/or ppl with special needs. tf is wrong with that airport?

I would have given her a simple, stern statement that makes her wanna go on a break to cry. Then report her. Customer-facing personnel needs to have more empathy and a better attitude, otherwise just don’t.

I was traveling back home from California with the same bags I came there with. While I was walking toward TSA and some flight agent said that my bag wasn’t a carry on and I could bring it. So she made a big deal out of it to the point there was a crowd. So me and my mom had to shove all the contents of that bag into our other ones

Im so surprised that airport agents are like that 🥲 when I worked for BA we even knew the people who required assistance, and were instructed to treat those passengers with more respect and dignity, flexibility as we could.
