@ncolettem: So I started using a vibration plate for 10 minutes daily and I'm literally just standing there but my legs look toned now?? No more wobbling everywhere like a newborn giraffe. All that desk life was seriously killing me but now I don't feel like I'm 80 years old when I stand up. I used to be sore for days after workouts, now it's just hours. And my face isn't puffy anymore - something about lymphatic drainage or whatever. Obviously I'm also eating better and actually working out too - it's not just the plate doing magic. But adding this little thing to my routine has been a game changer. #fitnesstips #ttscommunitychicago #tiktokshopcreatorpicks #tiktokshoprestock #lymphaticdrainage
