They don’t recommend their products because they cannot give medical advice. No medicine is RECOMMENDED during pregnancy but just because it isn’t recommended doesn’t mean it isn’t safe when needed.

Didn't Tylenol just say this because "We cant recommend it. because we arent doctors. we're tylenol" Like, a safety post i guess. Because a company cant just throw a blanket recommendation

Yet the Biden administration gave out medical advice in the form of trying to mandate the jab…. Strange

It’s not Trump giving medical advice. He’s saying what the Harvard study says and people act like he did the research himself

How much Tylenol do they think people are taking while pregnant? It’s not like we have a “using Tylenol as a supplement” crisis. It’s already used sparingly as needed.

Seems like people are reading too much into a tweet. Let s stick to the facts and leave the panic behind.

They wouldn’t recommend it because they aren’t medical providers. Every medication has a disclaimer to “talk you your doctor”

I think if you dig a little deeper you’ll find out that the original tweet also included a statement about ho they couldn’t make that recommendation because they aren’t doctors, they’re the manufacturer. Only take medical advice from your trusted doctor.

The label says to ask a doctor before use for this exact reason 🙄 the company can’t give blanket medical advice

It’s immoral to test anything on pregnant women, most studies on anything are ‘voluntary’. It’s extremely difficult to have anything other than folic acid that’s actually recommended

There are a lot of medications that women take during pregnancy that might not be recommended. It all about risk vs. benefit.

I mean is it really even a gaffe? They are just saying they aren’t making any recommendations. No company is going to publish medical recommendations on social media. Even the label on the box just says to consult a doctor.

Also, it’s all about which word is stresses and why. “WE” don’t recommend because “we aren’t your obgyn, that’s their job or your doctor” makes way more sense, if that’s what they meant, but nuance is oft lost in text.
