Ketaconazole is an anti fungal drug. If you have yellow dandruff in fixed spot it would be work but not shampoo may be cream. But if its just white flakes all over scalp it is due to dryness. Use hydrating serums or coconut oil . ….Even anti dandruff shampoos are biggest scam you will ever see. Because it stays on skin for just minutes. On top of that it has soap in it which itself a cleaner.
