when i started actually taking my hobby running seriously and focused on my nutrition & fueling my performance really improved. but, im really struggling get enough calories in. poptarts, bananas, potatoes, pasta, rice, pretzels, FRUIT! all helps with getting my carbs in. also, eggs waffles and organic maple syrup are great carb sources that’s also really yummy.

Potatoes are cheap. Just cube them up, throw some seasoning, shake in some good oils, and air fry. For a lazy day, I just jab holes into a sweet potato with my fork, wrap it with a damp paper, and microwave

I’m a competitive strength athlete chasing is pro card in strongman. During prep I’m a lot less picky and will have a 12 ounce Coke on the way to the gym if I’m lacking. I also use cluster bomb carb drinks for pre or intra if need to. Body armor is good. When I’m trying to not injest as much, say lean more into oats, potatoes, etc.
