yg pada nanya itu knapa selama 30 hari kedepan ga boleh keramas... Zuo yue zi "duduk di bulan" untuk pemulihan ibu, sehingga mandi dapat membahayakan ibu yang baru melahirkan karena tubuh dianggap "terbuka" dan rentan terhadap "angin" atau dingin. sorry ya kalau salah...karna dlu aku pernh jaga orang orang china lahiran, jd tau sedikit...cmiww

My sleep was incredibly deep, and interestingly, the days after I took it were some of my strongest lifts ever. Output was high. Strength was there. But the trade-off showed up the next day. The down-regulation was so strong that the rebound up-regulation felt excessive. I felt anxious, over-stimulated, and almost nauseous. My nervous system overshot on the way back up. So even though DSIP helped sleep, the contrast between the down-regulation and the rebound was too aggressive for me in this phase. I’m not trying to maximize one side of the curve. I’m trying to keep regulation smooth. DSIP wasn’t wrong. It was just too much for where I am right now. Disclaimer: Sharing my personal research experience for educational purposes only.
