Sean “Diddy” Combs’ expected prison release date has changed once again. The Federal Bureau of Prisons website now lists Feb. 20, 2028, as the date the music mogul could leave Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey. Just last month, Page Six reported that the date had moved forward from Feb. 23, 2028, to Jan. 24, 2028. But that earlier release is no longer listed. The latest change follows a reported F*ght between Combs and another inmate. TMZ reported that the dispute began after the rapper was allegedly insulted and decided to handle the situation himself. Prison staff reportedly separated the two men, and Combs was later placed in solitary confinement. His representatives and prison officials have not publicly explained whether the incident directly caused the new date. This is not the first adjustment. His projected release has reportedly moved from summer 2028 to April, then February, January, and now back to February. Combs, 56, is serving a four-year sentence after being found guilty of two counts involving transportation for prostitution. He was also ordered to pay a $500,000 fine and attend mental health and substance Ab*se programs. He was acquitted of S*x trafficking and racketeering charges.
