My daughter was exactly the same, didn't want anything. Lips wouldn't open and anything I offered was thrown on the floor. It only got better once she started walking at 13/14 months. I think at that time she finally built up an appetite from moving around x

This is sooo reassuring to see another baby the same! My baby is 8 months and will not eat! We’ve been advised to keep putting it Infront of him so whenever we eat evening meal, sit him with us so he’s getting used to it, even if he just plays with it, he’s still learning textures. We also got told to see it as an opportunity to learn rather than an expectation to eat! We will get there 🤞🏽😢

if the baby is not suffering from anemia then milk is the culprit....reduce milk intake

Babies are psychologically designed to want to eat mummy's food. make up a plate of baby safe food and put baby on your lap and start eating it. You ll see, he takes interest in what you're eating. baby should start playing with what's on your plate and potentially even putting some in his mouth. make it light, make it fun, make it about him having a sneaky taste of your food rather than his own separate plate of food. he may also prefer to play and feed himself rather than be spoonfed.

I had that problem. Our dr told us to start weaning at 5.5 months and we did and the boy acted like am giving him poison 🤣 kept putting food on his tray to explore and he never took it to his mouth till he was 8ish months old. And thats cz I put some of my own food on his table and not baby food. Now he is almost 10 months and is eating grown up food 😅 he completey skipped the part he was supposed to eat baby food. Some babies are like that. Also we kept eating our own food in front of him and I guess that encouraged him maybe
