Australia ma teaching job ekdam garo xa. I teach maths and account for 7-12 level. Yah ko education system demands teachers to be very soft on students even the children are extremely indisciplined and mean to them. Back in school we used to fear with teachers. Thats what somehow made us learn more. But again i am against all those harsh punishments we used to get from teachers. But here in aus not punishing children is what leading them to youth crime. I have heard japanese children are extremely disciplined. Children here has 0 discipline even to minus. I wish they had some strategy of behavioural management.
