it's not the matcha...it's the caffeine. So to all you "thank goodness I only drink coffee"...nah, you should get checked too😅 take iron supplements 30 min BEFORE any caffeine or they won't get absorbed. Stay safe fellow caffeine-addicts 💞

oh my god. yall should wake up and study or do research or something. “thats why i stick to my coffee” coffee does the same thing, so does normal tea, so does anything containing caffeine… if you have low iron stay away from caffeine.
