@sugarspiceddreams: s’more chocolate chip cookies !! ik i said i was done but i love making these videos😅 here’s the recipe : 1/2 cup brown butter (113g) 1/4 cup granulated sugar (50g) 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, (100g) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g) 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (190g) 1/2 tsp baking soda (3g) 1/4 tsp salt (1g) chocolate chips(measure with your heart idk, i used @Nestle Toll House choc chips also hersheys for the top & middle ) @jetpuffed marshmallows ( i used the jumbo ones :D ) & @Honey Maid graham crackers. instructions- brown the butter & let cool slightly. in a bowl whisk together the browned butter & sugars until glossy. add the egg & vanilla and mix until combined. add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and fold gently then add chocolate chips and fold until the dough comes together. scoop dough balls, flatten slightly, place over your graham cracker & chocolate and form the dough around the marshmallow. ( i reccomend cutting the mallow in half if you’re doing smaller cookies) bake at 350°f for 11–13 minutes until golden on the edges.( i made 3 big cookies & 8 small ones. the bigger ones cooked for 15-17 minutes. ) #smores #cookies #baking #fyp #chocolatechipcookies
