@ownthesin: i didn't want to keep forgiving myself We ALL have something we need to confront I keep thinking about this phrase the phrase "license for licentiousness" means we think because he is forever forgiving we think we can forever sin against him but this directly disobeys the 10 commandments a lot of people, myself included, forget the first commandment Put God first - then Jesus translates this to love God with all your heart we cannot say we love God and persistently Sin without even an attempt at refrain because this breaks 2 commandments the 1st commandment - Put God first, and the 3rd commandment - Do not use the Lords name in vain. If we take the creed, eucharist or blessings then re-do the sin again & again we aren't sorry, and we've used all the above in vain It is better for you to not lie to him and not fake or force repentance It is better for you to not take his name in vain Than to use it in vain It is better for you to not ask for forgiveness until you actually purse a path of virtue now this isn't me saying "don't repent" I'm saying repent if you actually mean it say it if you actually want God in your heart in your life if you want to feel the spirit God loves you man, but he doesn't like your sin and the more you do it despite doing virtue to justify it the further you get away from him "those who endure until the end shall be saved" hold yourself accountable and try #christianity #matthewmcconaughey #thebible
