In the 1980s, he and his family migrated to Australia in search of safety and new opportunities. In Australia, Mr. Zouky pursued a degree in law . While studying, he worked in a university-operated café, sparking his interest in the hospitality sector. In 2001, Mr. Zouky and his brothers opened their first café at Melbourne’s Alfred Hospital, marking the start of the Zouki Group, which has now expanded to over 200 cafés and retail outlets across Australia. Alongside his entrepreneurial achievements, Mr. Zouky is an accomplished lawyer and has lectured at Monash University for more than fourteen years, specializing in commercial, family, and immigration law. He is the Honorary Founding President and Chairman of the Australia New Zealand Lebanon Chamber of Commerce & Industry – ANLCCI. Under his leadership, ANLCCI has become a key platform fostering trade, investment, and tourism between Australia, New Zealand, and Lebanon.
