@_jenmagic_: Let’s bake!!! 🍪 Brown butter chocolate chip cookies 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 cup browned butter 1 egg 1 egg yolk 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (vanilla extract works great too) 1/2 tsp instant espresso or instant coffee 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp corn starch 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup Semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup Mini some sweet chocolate chips 1 chocolate bar chopped up in pieces Let brown butter cool for 15-20 min And then cream brown butter and sugars. Add egg mix, then add vanilla paste. In another bowl add flour, baking soda, corn starch and salt add espresso powder and mix until combined. Add dry ing to wet ingredients and fold until just combined. Fold in your chocolate (do not over mix) chill for 20-30 minutes and bake at 350 degrees for 9-10 minutes, let them finish baking on the counter and top with more chocolate chips :) this makes a difference.
