Your windows are steaming in an oval shape on the outside pane, this is down to ARATED glass doing its job and keeping the heat in your home.

Isn't that condensation on the outside of the window? Showing your glazing has good thermal efficiency, and doesn't require further intervention???

You need ventilation in the rooms. There should be an air brick otherwise your home is built badly.

this is outside condesation of water your windows are keeping heat well and is a good sign. If you have issues with indoor ones and seal gets mouldy get yourself small portable dehumidifier this one works like a treat

If you leave your window on the latch you don't have that problem. I leave my window on latch all the time and never once had condersation on it
