😭 HELP ME QUEEN. I’ve been feeding this girl for over 2 months! TWO. I see bubbles but no rise. This is my 8th attempt. Should I continue to feed it, if so should I move to 2 feedings a day?

My starter was more than doubling days 2-5 but since then It hasn’t risen not even a little but I’m seeing bubbles.. I’m on day nine now and I fed it at 12 hours but this video just cleared up that I shouldn’t have😩

Hi! My starter is a little over three weeks old. It started to get a little acidic so I followed a 1:10:10 for 2 days and the smell is gone! But the past 2 days I have done 1:5:5 and now no rise really. Trying to adjust my temp in my apartment any using unbleached bread flour. Any other advice?? Two feedings or one?? Thank you for what you do!!! Much appreciated!!! 🫶

Ok I started my first (two) cuz if one messed up I wanted a back up 😂 one had a liquid layer the other is pretty much the “same” I do see a tiny bit of bubbles on the liquidy one but the other one looks a little airy inside but not bubbles on top at all helppppp

Hi! I’m on day 6 and the recipe I’m following said to start double feedings on day 4. I’ve being adding 1 tbsp of flour and 1 tbsp of flour the 4 first days and the past 2 days (double feeding days) doing 2 tbsp of flour and 1 to 1 and a half tbsp of water. It’s supposed to be a no discard recipe so I haven’t discard anything. Is not raisin or doing much. It becomes almost liquid 12 hrs after I feed it and a few bubbles but not rising or doing anything. It doubled in size on day 3 and raised a bit less on day 4 but nothing since then. The foul smell is gone and it just smells like funky but tolerable. I notice some water or clear ish liquid on the top. I don’t know what should I do. Do I keep the double feedings or should I switch to once a day? Also, Should I discard some of it or keep it? I would say I have about 6 ish oz of starter total. The recipe said I should have an active starter and ready to bake on day 7 but I doubt is ready

My starter is on day 12 and on day 10 I had fed it twice because it wasn’t doubling only rising slightly, but since then it is not rising at all. What do I feed it next if it just smells sour and only has some bubbles on the top?

I started feeding twice a day on day 7 because it was doubling at hour 11-12. I'm on day 9 now. Should I go back to once a day feeding? this vid almost makes me wanna use my "discard" tom to compare once a day v twice a day feeding 😅
