I was fired for underperformance. I was trying my best! I was definitely used as a scapegoat for our team not meeting numbers bc I was newest hire. Filed for unemployment. They appealed it!! They lost 🥰

This is why you don’t bring up anything to HR because as soon as you do they’ll see you as a problem employee and try to get rid ya as soon as possible and make it look legal.

i kept a huge papertrail and just went thru this in June. i just filed my affidavit with NLRB and have ym EEOC meeting next week!

Yeap exactly same happened to me. They investigated and found no wrong doing and 2 weeks later i was told i have performance issues and i got PIP and they thought I will be quiet. My lawyer just sent them demand letter last week 😂
