You only need to insulate heated spaces or surfaces that are heated . Insulating the walls will not help because under the house is an unconditioned space.

Helpful tip, use some spray foam to seal the edges that contact the outside to minimize influx of air flow

We use little baseboards under our cabins to keep the plumbing from freezing up and it’s great!
