@mohamed_alwerfaly_b13: عن المؤتمر الوطني العام الليبي، ويُعرف بأنه قرار يُجيز استخدام القوة لإجتياح مدينة بني وليد تحت ذريعة القبض على مايسمي بالازلام “المطلوبين”. إليك أبرز ما يُعرف عنه: • القرار نصّ على السماح للقوات العسكرية والميليشيات بالتدخل في بني وليد والقيام بعمليات عسكرية فيها. • كثيرون وصفوا القرار بأنه جريمة حرب أو جريمة ضد الإنسانية بسبب ما رافقه من قصف عشوائي، اعتقالات، نهب، وتهجير للسكان. • في تنفيذ القرار شُنت هجمات على المدينة، وأُستخدمت أسلحة ثقيلة، كما تم حصار المدينة لفترة طويلة. • الآثار كانت كبيرة على بني وليد من الناحية البشرية والمادية: عدد من القتلى والجرحى، تدمير للمنازل، اختفاء قسري، وغيرها من الخروقات. • على مر السنوات، هناك دعوات محلية ودولية لاعتبار القرار جريمة، ومحاسبة من أصدره ومن نفذه، لكن حتى الآن لم تُستوفَ العدالة الكاملة في قضية القرار 7. #قرار#قرار_رقم_7_الظالم_ضد_مدينة_بني_وليد_✊️💚_#بني_وليدلق#االقلعة_الصامدةن#دردنيل_طرابلس_الغرب💚
